NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by written resolution of the members of the above-named companies/Limited Liability Partnership, on 22 October 2020 the following special resolution was passed/determined:

That the Companies/Limited Liability Partnership be wound up voluntarily and that Joint Liquidators be appointed for the purposes of such winding up

The Companies/Limited Liability Partnership also passed/determined the following ordinary resolution:
