Take notice that the Joint Administrator of the above named Company intend to make a first and final distribution to unsecured creditors. Creditors, with claims in excess of £1,000, of the above company are required to send in their name and address and particulars of their claim to the Joint Administrators at RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 1 St James’ Gate, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 4AD, by 14 May 2019.
