NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF FINAL MEETING OF CREDITORS

In the HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE IN NORTHERN IRELAND CHANCERY DIVISION (COMPANIES WINDING UP)

IN THE MATTER OF

IN COMPULSORY LIQUIDATION

AND IN THE MATTER OF THE INSOLVENCY (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1989

A meeting of creditors of the above-named company has been summoned by the liquidator under section 124 of the insolvency (Northern Ireland) order 1989 for the purpose of considering the following resolutions:

1. That the Liquidator’s final report and receipts and payments account be approved.

2. That the Liquidator receives his release.

3. That the liquidator has the power to destroy books & records of the company 12 months after the dissolution of the Company

The meeting will be held on 28 September 2020 at 10:00 am at PKF-FPM Accountants Ltd, 1-3 Arthur Street, Belfast, BT1 4GA.

A proxy form is available which must be lodged with me not later than 12 noon on the last business day preceding the meeting to entitle you to vote by proxy at the meeting, together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one.

Note:-

In order to comply with current government and health care advice during the Covid-19 pandemic a physical meeting of creditors cannot take place. In order to provide creditors with the opportunity to participate in the meeting, the meeting will be held remotely by telephone and/or video conferencing facilities.

In order to make suitable arrangements to ensure that all those wishing to participate are able to take part, creditors are requested to submit their proxy form in advance of the meeting and indicate that they wish to be sent details by email of how they may participate in the meeting at the required time.
