“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Donna Cartmel (IP No. 9574) of Lawson Fox, 6th Floor, 120 Bark Street, Bolton, BL1 2AX be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
