"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Linda Ann Farish (IP No. 009054) of RMT, Gosforth Park Avenue, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8EG be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
