Notice is hereby given by Scott Christian Bevan and Simon David Chandler of Mazars LLP Park View House, 58 The Ropewalk, Nottingham, NG1 5DW

That:

1) A dividend is to be declared to /unsecured creditors pursuant to Rule 14.30 within the period of two months from the last date for proving.

2) This dividend will be a first and final dividend.

3) The last day for proofs to be delivered is 31 December 2017.

4) Proofs of debts must be delivered to Mazars LLP Park View House, 58 The Ropewalk, Nottingham, NG1 5DW

5) A proof of debt form is available.

Information for creditors with small debts only:

6) Creditors with small debts whose claim totals ÂŁ1,000 or less are not required to prove their debts and will automatically rank for dividend.

7) A list small debts owed by the company is available.

8) Creditors with small debts should check the value placed on their debt. If the amount is incorrect or no debt is owed, creditors should contact me in writing at Mazars LLP Park View House, 58 The Ropewalk, Nottingham, NG1 5DW

9) If the amount listed in respect of a small debt is incorrect, creditors will need to submit a proof of debt in order to receive a dividend.

10) The last date for proving is 31 December 2017.
