At a virtual general meeting of the members of the above named company duly convened and held at Protocol Associates Limited on 25 April 2019 the following written resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stewart MacDonald (IP No. 8906) of Scott-Moncrieff Chartered Accountants, 12/13 Alma Square, Scarborough, YO11 1JU be and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up."
