Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held at Oury Clark, Herschel House, 58 Herschel Street, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 1PG on 24 February 2016 at 11.45 am for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 to 101 of the said Act. Resolutions may also be passed at this meeting with regard to the Liquidator’s remuneration and the costs of convening the meeting. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s creditors may be inspected free of charge between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm on 22 February 2016 and 23 February 2016 at Oury Clark, Herschel House, 58 Herschel Street, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 1PG. To be valid Proofs of Debt and Proxy Forms must be submitted to Oury Clark, Herschel House, 58 Herschel Street, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 1PG by 12.00 noon on the business day before the meeting.
