Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held at the offices of Compass Financial Recovery & Insolvency Ltd, Prospect House, 11-13 Lonsdale Gardens, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1NU on 17 November 2016 at 10.00 am for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. Mark Stephen Willis (IP No. 9391) of Compass Financial Recovery & Insolvency Ltd, Prospect House, 11-13 Lonsdale Gardens, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1NU, is a person qualified to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in relation to the Company who will, during the period before the day of the meeting, furnish creditors, free of charge with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require.
