“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Freddy Khalastchi and Jonathan David Bass, both of Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT, (IP Nos. 8752 and 11790) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that the Joint Liquidators may act jointly or severally.”
