Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened at RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Suite A, 7th Floor, City Gate East, Tollhouse Hill, Nottingham, NG1 5FS on 27 February 2020 at 4.00 pm, the following special resolution and ordinary resolutions were passed:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Abigail Shearing (IP No. 10290) and Steven Law (IP No. 8727) both of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Abbotsgate House, Hollow Road, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP32 7FA be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
