Pursuant to Section 283 of the Companies Act 2006, the following written resolutions were passed on 27 February 2019 as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound-up voluntarily and that Stephen Katz (IP No. 8681) of David Rubin & Partners, 26-28 Bedford Row, London, WC1R 4HE be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
