“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and

“That Carrie James of Benedict Mackenzie Recovery Limited, 93 Tabernacle Street, London, EC2A 4BA and Peter Hall of Peter Hall Limited, 2 Venture Road, Southampton Science Park, Chilworth, Southampton, S016 7NP be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
