i. "That the company be wound up voluntarily".

Ordinary Resolution

i. "That Alex Martin-Sklan of Martin Sklan & Co, 133 Golders Green Road, London, NW11 8HJ, United Kingdom be and is hereby and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company".
