Notice is hereby given that on 15 October 2021 a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court (GLW-L57-21) by John Angus MacSween, Stuart Alexander McKenna, Christopher Thomas Mcmenemy, and Christopher James Brian Woods, Directors, craving the Court inter alia that Progreso Group Limited a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts, with Company Number SC642713, having its registered office at 3rd Floor, 8 Nelson Mandela Place, Glasgow, Scotland G2 1BT be wound up by the Court; in which Petition, the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 26 October 2021 ordered any interested persons, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, should lodge Answers with Glasgow Sheriff Court (glasgowcommercialcou@scotcourts.gov.uk) within eight days after service, intimation or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
