Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.106A(2) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended) that Mark Ranson, of Armstrong Watson, 3rd Floor, 10 South Parade, Leeds, LS1 5QS and Daryl Warwick, both of Armstrong Watson, 15 Victoria Place, Carlisle, Cumbria CA1 1EW, have been appointed to the Company on 02 March 2017, by the Secretary of State.

Notice is also hereby given that the Joint Liquidators do not propose to hold a general meeting of the Company’s creditors for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee. However, under section 142(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986 a creditor may request that a meeting be summoned if the request is made with the concurrence of at least 10%, in value, of the Company’s creditors (including the creditor making the request).

Notice is also hereby given that creditors of the Company are required, on or before 12 May 2017 to prove their debts by sending their full names and addresses, particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to the Joint Liquidators at Armstrong Watson, 3rd Floor, 10 South Parade, Leeds, LS1 5QS. If so required by notice in writing from the Joint Liquidators, creditors must, either personally or by their solicitors, come in and prove their debts at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their debts are proved.
