At a general meeting of the above named company duly convened and held on 26 July 2019 at 11.00 am at 5 Old Pines Close, Ferndown the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Elliot Harry Green (IP No. 9260) of Oury Clark Chartered Accountants, Herschel House, 58 Herschel Street, Slough, Berkshire SL1 1PG be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up."
