Notice of Meeting of Creditors of the above named Company has been summoned to be held on 04 April 2018 at 10:00 am at HNH Partners Limited, Jefferson House, 42 Queen Street, Belfast, BT1 6HL by the Liquidator under Article 117 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 for the purposes of:

• "Establishing a Liquidation committee pursuant to Article 120 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989".

Or in the event that a committee is not established

• "That the Liquidator be remunerated on a time cost basis."

• "That the Liquidator be authorised to draw his firms internal costs and expenses ("Category 2 Disbursements")

• "That the Liquidator has the powers conferred in Article 142, 143 and Schedules of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989"
