A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of PRODUCER HOLDINGS 1 LIMITED (09942632) of 26 Old Brompton Road, London, England, SW7 3DL, whose nature of business is to carry on business as a general commercial company, presented on 8 June 2020 by Christopher Stevens and Geoffrey Carton-Kelly, the Joint Trustees in Bankruptcy of Nicholas Frank Carlino, of FRP ADVISORY TRADING LTD of 2nd Floor, Phoenix House, 32 West Street, Brighton BN1 2RT claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at Companies Court, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 22 July 2020 at 10:30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
