A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at 28 Orchard Road, Lytham St. Annes, England, FY8 1PF, presented on 22nd November 2019, by CLOSE BROTHERS LIMITED Wimbledon Bridge House, 1 Hartfield Road London SW19 3RU, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Bristol District Registry, 2 Redcliff Street, BS1 6GR on 16th January 2020, at 10:05 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the petition or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 4 pm on 15th January 2020
