Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held at The Gables, 1, Annan Road, Gretna, DG16 5DQ, on 18 January 2017, at 2.15 pm for the purposes mentioned in sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. Notice is also hereby given that, for the purpose of voting, secured creditors are required, unless they surrender their security, to lodge at the offices of Adcroft Hilton Ltd, 269 Church Street, Blackpool, Lancashire FY1 3PB, before the meeting, a statement giving particulars of their Security, the date it was given and the value at which it is assessed. Proxies must be lodged with Adcroft Hilton Ltd, 269 Church Street, Blackpool, Lancashire FY1 3PB not later than 12 noon on 17 January 2017. In order to qualify for voting rights, proxies should be accompanied by a statement of claim, otherwise they will only be accepted for voting purposes at the discretion of the Chairman of the meeting. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, at 269 Church Street, Blackpool, Lancashire FY1 3PB on the two business days immediately preceding the meeting between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm
