A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Privilege Wealth Plc (09697314) of Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London N12 8LY, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London N12 8LY (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is to carry on business as a genral commercial company and other objects as stated in the Memorandum of Association, presented on Wednesday 18 December 2019, at 11:16 by STEPHEN MARK KATZ AND JOHN STEPHEN KELMANSON (JOINT ADMINISTRATORS OF PRIVILEGE WEALTH PLC), of Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London N12 8LY claiming to be a Contributory of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England & Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 15 January 2020, at 12:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
