At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at Opus Restructuring LLP, Cornwall Buildings, 45 Newhall Street, Birmingham, B3 3QR on 19 June 2018, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Timothy John Edward Dolder (IP No. 9008) and Gareth David Wilcox (IP No. 21052) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up.”

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 19 June 2018 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Timothy John Edward Dolder and Gareth David Wilcox as Joint Liquidators.
