NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that David John Standish (IP No. 8798) of KPMG LLP, Gateway House, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO53 3TG, United Kingdom was appointed Joint Liquidator by the Secretary of State with effect from 17 August 2016 together with John David Thomas Milsom (IP No. 9241) also of the same address.

All creditors are hereby invited to prove their debts by sending details to me at the address as shown above by close of business on 9 January 2017.

A meeting of creditors has been summoned by the Joint Liquidators pursuant to Section 168(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of

1. establishing a creditors' committee and, if no committee is established;

2. fixing the basis of remuneration of the Joint Liquidators; and

3. for the approval of category 2 disbursements to be charged in accordance with the firm's policy
