At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 11.00 am on 17 July 2020 the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and an ordinary resolution, respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Peter Kubik (IP No. 9220) and Brian Johnson (IP No. 9288) both of UHY Hacker Young LLP, Quadrant House, 4 Thomas More Square, London, E1W 1YW be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of winding up the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
