"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Milan Vuceljic (IP No. 20172) and Simon Robert Thomas (IP No. 8920) both of Moorfields, 20 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7AN be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
