Notice is hereby given that on 10 July 2019 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by Alan McGeagh Surveying Limited craving the Court, inter alia, that Primo Associates Limited having their registered office at 24 St Vincent Place, Suite 2.1, Glasgow G1 2EU ('the Company") be wound up by the Court, in which petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 10 July 2019 ordains any persons interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
