This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Administrator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Mr Joylan Sunnassee of BBK Partnership, 1 Beauchamp Court, Victors Way, Barnet, Herts EN5 5TZ.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: The approval of the Administrator's Statement of Proposals; The establishing of a Creditors' Committee; The approval of the Administrator's fees and costs, including pre-Administration costs; The timing of the Administrator's discharge.

This virtual meeting may be recorded (audio) in order to establish and maintain records of the existence of relevant facts or decisions that are taken at the meeting. All proofs of debt must be delivered by: 4.00 pm on 10 May 2019.

All proxy forms must be delivered to the convener or chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for 13 May 2019 at 12.00 noon.
