A Petition to Wind-up the above named Company of 696 Chester Road, Erdington, Birmingham, B23 5TE presented on 15 November 2018 by Changzhou Yueyang Machinery Co., Ltd, whose address is Qianhuang Industry Park, Wujin District, Changzhou City, China claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at Business and Property Courts in Leeds, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG on 8 January 2019 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the petitioner or their Solicitors in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on 7 January 2019.
