At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 49 York Place, Edinburgh, EH1 3JD on 3 May 2021 at 9.30 am, the following written resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stewart MacDonald (IP No. 8906) of Azets, Titanium 1, King's Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up and that any power conferred on him by the Company, or by law, be exercisable by him alone.”
