We, Ian William Wright and Scott Milne , Joint Administrators, hereby give notice that a Meeting of Creditors of the above company is to be held by correspondence pursuant to Paragraph 58 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986.

The resolution to be considered at said Meeting is to extend the period of the administration by 12 months. A paper copy of the resolution being considered has been sent to all known creditors.

The closing date for voting on the resolution being considered at said Meeting is 7 September 2018. In order to be considered, votes and comments must also be accompanied by a statement of claim and account or voucher evidencing the debt due. A further statement of claim or resolution sheet can be provided to you on request.

Creditors, whose claims are unsecured, in whole or in part, are entitled to vote providing that their claims and proxies have been lodged beforehand at the undernoted address. A resolution will be passed when a majority in value of those voting have voted in favour of it. For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of commencement of the Administration is 29 September 2017.

Any creditor, or group of creditors, whose debt(s) amount to at least 10% of the total debts of the company may, within 5 business days of the date of this notice, require me to summon a creditor's meeting to consider the resolution.
