Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.8 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the liquidator has summoned a general meeting of the Company's creditors as requested by the creditors for the purpose of The appointment of the Liquidator.; The appointment of a Liquidation Committee and Agreeing the terms of the Liquidator's remuneration in respect of the conduct of the liquidation and the charging of expenses. The meeting will be held on 17 October 2019, at 10:05.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge proxies and hitherto unlodged proofs with Stuart Rathmell at Egyptian Mill, Egyptian Street, Bolton, Select County/province BL1 2HS United Kingdom by no later than 16:00 on 16 October 2019.

The liquidator will treat any debts of ÂŁ1,000 or less as proved for the purposes of paying a dividend, unless creditors advise the liquidator that the amount of the debt is incorrect (in which case, proofs must be submitted) or that no debt is owed, also by 16:00 on 16 October 2019.

Any creditor who has opted out from receiving notices may nevertheless vote if the creditor provides a proof by 16:00 on 16 October 2019.
