Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986that a meeting of the creditors of the above named Company has been summoned by the Joint Liquidators and will be held at BM Advisory, Arundel House, 1 Amberley Court, Whitworth Road, Crawley, RH11 7XL on 31 January 2017 at 11.00 am for the following purposes: The Joint Liquidators’ remuneration be charged by a fixed fee of £15,000 plus VAT in respect of the Administration and Planning, Statutory Compliance and Creditor categories of work; a fixed percentage fee of 25% of realisations in respect of the Asset Realisation category of work; and time costs capped at £4,935 in relation to the Investigation category of work, as set out in their report dated 13 December 2016 and that they be and are hereby authorised to draw sums on account of their remuneration monthly or at such longer intervals as he may reasonably determine and that the Joint Liquidators be permitted to recover category 2 disbursements. A creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in their place. Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must lodge their proxy, together with a full statement of account, at the offices of BM Advisory, Arundel House, 1 Amberley Court, Whitworth Road, Crawley, RH11 7XL, not later than 12 noon on the working day prior to the meeting.
