"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gareth James Lewis (IP No. 14992) of Lewis Business Recovery & Insolvency, Suite E12, Joseph’s Well, Westgate, Leeds, LS3 1AB be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
