A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Presto Hot Meals Limited (08903666) of Lower Dicker, Hailsham BN27 4BT, Archer House, Britland Estate, Northbourne Road, Eastbourne BN22 8PW (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Other Food Services , presented on Wednesday 07 September 2022, at 10:00 by BFS GROUP LIMITED T/A BIDFOOD, of 814 Leigh Road, Slough SL1 4BD claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Manchester , 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Tuesday 18 October 2022, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
