At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 10.30am on 16 August 2019 at Hazlewoods LLP, Staverton Court, Staverton, Gloucestershire GL51 0UX the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and "that Victor Henry Ellaby (IP No 008020) and Peter Richard James Frost (IP No 008935) of Hazlewoods LLP, Staverton Court, Staverton, Cheltenham, GL51 0UX be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately."
