At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at FRP Advisory LLP, Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, Yorkshire, LS1 5PS on 22 August 2019 at 10.00 am, the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Andrew Whitwam (IP No. 8346) and Philip Edward Pierce (IP No. 9364) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, Yorkshire, LS1 5PS be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
