A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:

1. The establishing of a liquidation Committee

2. The removal of Rosalind Mary Hilton as Liquidator

3. For approval of the expenses of the requisitioned decision procedure.

4. To appoint an alternative Liquidator.
