The virtual meeting will be held as follows: A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The establishing of a Liquidation Committee; 2. The approval of the fee for Parker Andrews Limited in respect of convening the procedure to seek a decision from creditors on the nomination of a liquidator and for the preparation of thestatement of affairs; and 3. The approval of the Joint Liquidators’ remuneration. The meeting will be held as follows: 25 November 2022 at 11.00 am.
