Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 16 July 2021 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Vincent A Simmons (IP No. 8898) of BV Corporate Recovery & Insolvency Services Limited, 7 St Petersgate, Stockport, Cheshire, SK1 1EB and Gareth Graham Self (IP No. 9706) of Restart Business Turnaround Insolvency Limited, Suite 42, Dunston House, Dunston Road, Chesterfield, S41 9QD be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
