At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Hazlewoods LLP Staverton Court, Staverton, Cheltenham, GL51 0UX on 4 September 2017 at 3:30 pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and “that Peter Frost (IP No 8935) and Vic Ellaby (IP No 8020) of Hazlewoods LLP, Staverton Court, Staverton, Cheltenham, GL51 0UX be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately.”
