Notice is hereby given that the Joint Supervisors in this matter intend declaring a first and final dividend to the non-preferential creditors of the Company.

Creditors are required on or before 15 February 2019, which should be noted as being the last date for proving creditor claims against the Company, to submit their claims to the offices of Duff & Phelps Ltd, and specifically to the insolvency practitioners Matthew Ingram and Allan Graham both of Duff & Phelps Ltd, 35 Newhall Street, Birmingham, B3 3PU. Creditors are required to provide such further details or produce such documentation or other evidence as to support the claim.

A creditor who has not proved its debt before the last date for proving is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he had not participated in it, any dividend subsequently declared. The dividend will be declared within the period of two months from the date of this notice.
