A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 90 Bingham Park Road, Sheffield, S11 7BE, presented on 3 April 2019 by the Company acting by Robert Neil Dymond and Fiona Clare Grant of WILSON FIELD LIMITED of The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PS, The Joint Supervisors of the failed Company Voluntary Arrangement of the Company will be heard on 7 June 2019 at 10:00 am at The County Court at Sheffield, The Law Courts, 50 West Bar, Sheffield, S3 8PH (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 4.00pm on 6 June 2019.
