Notice is hereby given that I, James B Kennedy was appointed Liquidator of the above named company on 10th January 2019 by the Department for the Economy under the provisions of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989.

That a Meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of James B Kennedy & Co Ltd, Unit A1, Boucher Business Studios, Glenmachan Place, Belfast BT12 6QH, on Wednesday 12th June 2019 at 11.00am for the purposes mentioned in Articles 85 to 87 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989.

A list of the names and addresses of the company’s creditors may be inspected free of charge at the offices of James B Kennedy & Co Ltd, at Unit A1, Boucher Business Studios, Glenmachan Place, Belfast BT12 6QH Belfast on the two business days preceding the meeting.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies at the offices of James B Kennedy & Co Ltd, Unit A1, Boucher Business Studios, Glenmachan Place, Belfast BT12 6QH no later than 12.00 noon on Tuesday 11th June 2019.
