Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.8 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the liquidator has summoned a general meeting of the Company's creditors and contributories for the purpose of The appointment of a Liquidator, or Joint Liquidators, of the Company.; In the event that Joint Liquidators are appointed, a resolution that they can act either jointly or separately. and That a Liquidation Committee be established if sufficient nominations 12 September 2019 are received and those nominated are willing to be members of a Committee. The meeting will be held on 12 September 2019, at 14:20.
