"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Shona Joanne Campbell , CA, The Vision Building, 20 Greenmarket, Dundee, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up and that she is authorised to make distributions "in specie" if she considers appropriate."
