A Petition to Wind Up the above named company having its Registered Office at 19 Lordswood Road, Southampton, Hampshire S016 6SD, presented on 16th July 2018, by HANSON QUARRY PRODUCTS EUROPE LIMITED, The Ridge Chipping Sodbury, Bristol BS37 6WD claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Business and Property Courts in Leeds, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds,LS1 3BG, on 11th September 2018, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
