Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 15 December 2020, as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Companies be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan Bass (IP No. 11790) and Freddy Khalastchi (IP No. 8752) both of Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Companies for the purposes of winding up the Companies and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
