I, Henry R Paton, of Milne Craig, Abercorn House, 79 Renfrew Road, Paisley, PA3 4DA, hereby give notice that on 18 January 2016 was appointed Liquidator of Power ENG Limited by a Resolution of the First Meeting of the Creditors held in terms of Section 138(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Liquidation Committee was not established. I do not intend to summon another meeting to establish a Liquidation Committee unless requested to do so by one tenth in value of the Company’s Creditors. All creditors who have not already lodged a statement of their claim are requested to do so. Please note the relevant date for claims is 11 November 2015.
