A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Power EC Limited (03931017) of Unit 8, Overland Park, Leeds LS27 7FE, whose nature of business is 46520 - Wholesale of electronic and telecommunications equipment and parts, presented on Friday 13 May 2022, at 12:06 by MR MARK NAYLOR, of 27 Yew Tree Lane, Leeds LS15 9JD claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Leeds Combined Court Centre, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on Tuesday 28 June 2022, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
